Busy local pub in Randurg Johannesburg. Lots of food u0026 drinks specials but personally my favorite is the support of live music acts. On this occasion the 25th anniversary tour of Wonderboom, what an awesome gig.

Wow. I don't usually write reviews, but this one's worth it.

Winstons is a fantastic place where people from all corners of the world can gather and be guaranteed to have a good time. Whether it be sports, live music, karaoke or something else, there will be something for you here.

The staff are immensely friendly and make you feel welcomed immediately, and the service is impeccable. The food is fantastic, and so well priced! They always have drink specials going on, and even fantastic shooter specials!

If you're looking for a place to chill, go wild or anything in between, this is the place for you. Winstons immediately makes you feel like you're part of a family. Thank you guys for being so great!

10/10 would recommend!

For what it is; a pub in the neighbourhood, it's just great. Steaks were OK and cooked well, but don't expect A grade meat considering that you're paying under R100 for steak, chips and onion rings. Music was extremely loud for a Tuesday, but it created a great vibe, people dancing and others playing pool. It's everything you'd expect from a pub. I'll be back for sure...

I probably do not get too much of a say considering I went on the busiest day of the boozing year...didn't get to eat or drink anything other than these slushies...

Oh wait...that's not my fault!!

Sadly my experience was just that...sad...I don't mind sticking out like a swollen thumb...but I did mind the refusal to serve me when I entered...the waitresses looked us dead in the eye and completely acted as if we were air...(I've never felt so thin before).

After awkwardly making our way to the bar, the only person who was niceish to us was the bartender.

We had our alcoholic slushies and then made our exit since food was clearly not going to be an option as the waitresses were 'faaaaaar' too busy to assist Little old me!

I've rated it 3 stars since I do believe that the place is a vibe and something of a flagship for the Fairlands community. I'm not going to shoot it down based off one bad and unprofessional experience.

I think from how busy the place actually was and the fact that it's been a long standing landmark, the layout is comfortable and I could definitely see it being a convenient and pleasant 'Sunday Game' pub to visit.

(Perhaps they just need to work on those people skills).

One of the best fillet steaks, hands down!! What a great vibe, great beer, awesome staff and a nice space to play some pool. Love going here for a catch up, some drinks and a delicious fillet steak - at an affordable price! :)

It's the second time that we order the steak, chips and sauce as take away. Both times the steak was raw and bloody and ice cold only just grilled on the outside, the chips looked like left-over chips from other people's plates and no sauce or onion rings after paying for it.
