Stunning venue for any kind of event. It makes you feel like you have left the business of Johannesburg and escaped into a quiet part of the country. Great food and fantastic staff.

The venue is really beautiful. Gardens lovely. But I can honestly say that for a 5 star rated venue I was disappointed. I ordered a ice tea .... to be told they don't serve it. The food was lovely... but the crockery in which it was served was chipped and cake tiers were unstable and wobbly. Making it difficult to pass around in fear of the eats falling off. The waiters are way to eager to remove your glasses and plates without asking if you are done. Your glass is whipped away before you've even finished drinking it all. I had to on numerous times tell them i hasn't finished eating it drinking. A birthday cake was ordered as part of the 60tb birthday celebration. It was disgusting. Looked good. But was like a brick. I emailed them telling them about my grievances but to this day have not had no correspondence back. So sadly I don't think I will return there for any function.

The venue is fantastic and staff is always nice beyond the call of duty. The little nice things and actions are what really makes the difference.

This is a very beautiful 5 star facility with a very natural ambience. Very quite and pleasing. Loved it.

Nice spacious rooms with an antique feel complimented by a great menu selection.
