I ordered online a few days in advance. My order was not ready at the allocated pick up time. My brother went back later for the order and all the products were not in even though they said the order is ready. Part of the order was a bag of cauliflower rice. He knew there had to be a frozen bag in it so asked and then only did the staff notice it was missing. When he got home with the order we then noticed it was savory basmati rice and not cauliflower rice.

Quality has gone down in their food as well as their customer service! The entire Farmers Crisps range tastes like lightly salted plain crisps, Zero flavour! The fruit quality is shoddy. The roast chickens at the deli's hot counter are a size bigger than a baby chicken. The free range fresh chicken portions are skin and bones. Fed up with being taken for a ride with woolworths. Then, we checked on the Woolies App... my partner has a way lower Year to Date spend yet he gets newsletters with vouchers, customer care has still not replied after a week. These sharks are typical run of the mill retailers these days, fit for any banana republic! (Dont even get me started with the unprofessional staff at some of their stores)
