I hate gym but this place is awesome. The machine layout makes it easy to complete yiur workout in 30mins unaided. One on one support available throughout the sessions. I love it

Absolutely great trainers who are always there for you. Knowledgeable, cheerful and caring. It is a very special place.

A small studio. Offers classes. Has a progress tracking system and great team of trainers. Fees are expensive though.
