I visited the hospital today for the first time and i am very impressed with the whole stuff from reception,nurses and Dr. I had a very good first time experience,everyone was just so friendly.

The service is bad, my appointment was at 7 in the morning but they kept on telling me I should wait because my sickness is not as important as other people. I had to wait until 4 in the afternoon. Worst clinic ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Good hospital and friendly staff, but I specifically asked for my book and glasses to be given to me with my handbag when I was done and being fetched. I knew I was being given Dormicum which gives retroactive amnesia and that there was a good chance I'd be drugged and not remember all my stuff. I realized I didnt have my glasses so I rang and left a message about the items which I need. No one has responded. Lets see if this gets their attention as there is also no email address. Odd tbat when tbe wards are cleaned
... no one thought to let me know Id left the items tbere. Wonder who has them now?
This hopital is a 2 hour round trip for me and Im blind until I get the off work to get there and back as they close at 5.
