The clinic is meant to start operating at 07h00 in the morning but at 08h30 not a single patient would have been served. Some of the staff are very rude.

They only start drawing patients files out at 08h30. No courtesy of explaining the delay in attending to the patients is afforded to patients waiting.

Most of these patients still have to go to work and are frustrated by the long wait. Complaining to the person in charge does not help either.

Good care from the Sisters that are conducting the COVID tests. Went through on Friday 16/07/2021. Friendly u0026 helpful. Praying for all our Front line workers safety

The clinic lacks communication especially with the help desk.The short Zulu guy, he is totally not accomodative, stubborn and lacks knowledge.

I was introduced to Helderkruin Clinic in August after finding out about my pregnancy. From day one of my pre-natal check ups I received the warmest welcome. Your administration is amazing and the service exceptional. Yesterday I had to take baby for her first check up and literally drove from Pretoria because I knew we would be welcomed and receive amazing service. My partner was also impressed. Keep up the great work guys.

I have being here since half pass 6:30am I haven't been help people that came 3hours after me is help just become I had to make a file this is unfair.so now I have to wait....

Supposed to be open between 9 and 4 for vaccinations but there is only 1 person and that person isn’t here. Everybody else is dazed and confused about where the vaccinator is
