Been a customer for years, staff was friendly, efficient and trustworthy. I would not buy jewelry or do any repairs at any other shop. This time around a very unpleasant experience! Bought a necklace for my husband, it was to short so I went back to buy another one (at a very good price). We measured the length and I asked that they make a bracelet from the piece that was left. Within a few days they phoned and said it was ready, when we got there the staff was unfriendly and the necklace to short. I phoned the owner to complain about the service - he actually blamed me and said that it was my fault and I was feom the moment I walked in the shop unfriendly u003d I will never go there again.

Always on point, Always helpful, Good Prices, Know how, Can make custom, Can create from scratch in required, THE OWNER IS THE BEST !! Have been dealing and making Jewelry from Bijou for plenty of Years now, building a good relationship.

Unpleasant service!!! it's been 2 weeks now and still haven't received an order that was promised within 3 working days. They do not even update the customers about any hiccups they might be facing and worst they don't pick up their lines when one calls. Appalling customer service..

Amazing craftsmanship, all the staff are very friendly, will offer the best service at great value. I would recommend to anyone and will always be going back for any service, repairs or for new jewellery! Thanks Bijou!!

Service was really really bad. It was 11 am and they were still packing. Another three customers walked in and were told they open at 10 a.m yet rhey refused to help anybody until they were done packing; but it was still so late. They were also all busy playing games on their phones.
Even Jet and PEP has better service.
