It's official! Horizon Nandos is just lacking! The staff seem as though they don't enjoy serving and the most basic order is received with regret.
I posted a complaint about how they are reluctant to provide extra sauce and I received a response asking for my contact details which I provided and was never contacted. I then decided to give them another chance today by getting lunch during loadshedding and again asked for extra sauce with peri peri chips, got my order and checked the sauce, I then requested that they put more extra sauce as there didn't seem to be enough, my order was taken and returned then I drove off without checking it. Assuming it was fine. I got home and took a pic of what was served! If this was extra sauce after sending it back then I don't know what they did with the first order and the chips don't even have enough spice! They are stingy!
14th Avenue Nandos is further but waaaay better so rather take the drive if you wish to enjoy your meal!
Please see pic attached. Pathetic.
I won't be eating there again.

Absolutely shocking service! After repeating our order three times at the drive through they still got it wrong. We then called to talk to the manager who in essence was non-committal and said that she couldn't help us because their was no delivery vehicle available. Also, we ordered quarter chickens that were ridiculously small. The manager blamed it on their supplier. Company's like this think that it is acceptable to exploit people who pay hard earned money for a treat once in a while. The date and time of my call to the manager in question was 11 Aug 2022 at 16:45. I dare the Nandos senior management to make sure that no other customer is treated like this ever again!

Terrible service. I ordered a few items for delivery. I received everything except my chicken… which is the point of getting Nando’s. When I called the store I was put through to customer support. I received no help whatsoever from them and was even cut off. Here I am with no quarter chicken, fully paid and no refund. Might I add… this is not the first time we have had issues with this specific store. Will never order from them again.

These people are very act like the extra sauce comes out of their salary, the lady at the drive threw told me that she would get in trouble for adding extra sauce for me when I checked and asked her to add more, she even said she needs to speak to her manager.

Use 14th Avenue Nandos if you want to enjoy your meal.

Bought a meal on special on 13 April , Festa fries and a breast. The fries had charrred pieces of chicken (hopefully it was chicken?) Spoiled my appetite. Very careless and inconsiderate of what they sell to customers.
