Virgin active westagte trading hours - 5 to 9
When loadshedding starts at 4 and ends at 6 they close the gym for the night. People work until 5 and then go home and change en when you go to the gym the are closed. They should close that gym and open a gym company there. Maybe the service will be better

If there's no power in the evening, they won't allow you in around 6. For such a big gym not to have a generator it's a big turn off.

Your stuff will most likely get stolen, according to the staff it happens often, in fact I suspect the staff for stealing my toiletries, flip flops, towels and clothes basically my whole gym bag. Cheaper than most Virgin Actives but has no pool, no sauna, pretty much squashed and gym equipment is old or missing this or that.

Ai Virgin Active you need to improve no man this is so wrong. I haven't compared the prices with other virgin actives but this one is closer for me. I mean the is no wifi connection, no desktops just like other virgin actives. No vending machine or a coffee shop.or kauai for refreshments and breakfast on the go or are we not your target market nah. Equimements are old and not enough. You know I hardly take a shower here because of the environment. This is my third time coming back to virgin active but this is my first membership here. Ahhh you need to.improve and stop.taking us for granted no

Amazing people, very friendly atmosphere . People go out of their way to gym there .
