I waited for my order for over an hour, everytime I called they kept saying "it's on its way" I called for the third time to speak to a manager and instead of resolving the problem he sat and argued with me, and said it was my fault, he didn't offer me a solution but bluntly asked if I wanted the order or not, I told him to send it, and when it arrived this is what it looked like. I am so so upset with this shops service this is not the first time I've had problems ordering with them. There customer service is absolutely terrible. I can absolutely say with certainty that I will never order from them again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. I hope management takes action to resolve this issue.
