One of the worst workshops I have dealt with in a very long time. Ridiculous prices for very poor workmanship. My car came back in a worse condition after they corrupted my FRM module with windows not working properly and most of the initial symptoms for which I booked the car still present. Charged me 40% markup on a part that I sourced and delivered to their door (first charged 70% markup before I queried it). What a waste of my hard earned money and valuable time.

Terrible place they are actually thieves to be precise I took my car for service and diagnosis to see if it needed to be repaired Magi told me that my car was broken and it will cost me R25k to fix it which later changed to R17k. I told her I want my car back only to be told I will have to pay R2000 for stripping or else I need to do service did service that cost me R5000 is if that was not enough problems I was told to pay cash if not I will be charged extra R500 for paying by card .I had to carry 5k cash , after all that my car was showing an engine sign and then Magi told me she had a guy who can fix my car cheap at home who works there at Bosh ,the man even sent me Whatsapp telling me my car needs an engine overhaul that will cost me R17k .I just took my car somewhere else they said nothing is wrong with it there is a pipe that was broken that triggered the engine light.

I have been going to them for years.they are like family to me.lately their work and feedback is poor and they are over priced.the cars came back with more problems.to much to mention.i will never go back again.sorry they used to be a 5 star :(

Not good service at all, seems like they dont want to repair anymore, the want to fit new parts. The lady didnt take the effort to give me a quote on parts for starter repair, she could have phone, because you can fix a starter, I went to Motolek, good service. At Bosch you have to book it in, and if they cant fix it, you have to take a new one, plus R1000 labour, If you dont want new one you still pay R1000 for nothing, wont go there again, and wont recomend... Half star out of five.

I will be a regular at Bosch Wilro Park, the service from the office staff to the machenical professionals to the way I found my car after picking it up, I'm highly satisfied and my car problem was fixed in no time with the affordable quote. Highly recommend it

Took my car in when it went into limp mode, thought it would be something major, their initial diagnosis was less than I thought it would cost and then they decided to investigate further, and turned out to be even more minor. I'm very grateful. Their service was great in my opinion. Next car service I'll be taking it back.
