Burger King Westgate (Drive-thru)

1st time I went to try out their wings I was given burnt wings and returned them ,was given proper wings. Second time I decided to give them another chance and that's what I got, 5 wings and 1 piece that looked like a nugget , returned them again and was given 6 wings I ordered.

Their burgers are good thou.

Firstly the restaurant is very dirty. The chips tasted horrible, the burger was cold and the bottomless drinks had no fizzy. It's like drinking a Pepsi that's been opened for the whole day.

I'm not happy at all I just bought this meals the next thing when I got home 2 whoopers where not in my order yet I paid for them I'm now trying to call the store but No1 is picking my calls I'm really angry for the service I got hope to get refunded or get what I paid for ????????#westgate burger King

This Burger King has disappointed me on multiple occasions. The one time I ordered a bacon pepper jack burger and it came without the bacon I asked for. It was a drive-through and I was already back at the office, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and forgave them for their mistake. I went back again, this time I sat down. The cashier told me about the R25 wing special they were running. Did I not live to regret it? The wings were hard, dry and burned. I didn't have it in me to complain. The only things it's got going for it is the bottomless drinks. Otherwise, at your own risk

Had a good meal dispite the cashier chasing after what I assume was his gf while taking my order.

Looks like, according to the reply I received from the owner, cashiers abandoning there posts, mid order, is perfectly fine. Business owners like that tend to fail in business.

Food was juicy and delish, just like London! The drive thru staff had positive attitudws, humorous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this take-out spot and will be going more often. Pleasantly suprised!

Good food, good service. They have definitely improved on their speed as they were previously very slow on their food preparation speed.
