The place was packed my goodness and judging by the other comments, it seems like it is like that most times. The ladies at reception are friendly and helpful but not sure about those working at the payment point, no welcoming face whatsoever and they are literally by the entrance. I asked for a female doctor and she is the sweetest and kindest. Though It’s a bit far for me(I wasn’t aware when I booked) I’d go back to get treated by Dr Jessiman.

Terrible place with lazy staff. Making bookings that don't exist upon arrival.. the staff say "doctors don't take appointments" and make them anyway. Then doctors shift blame onto their staff saying it's out of their hands. What a nightmare. Medicross princess crossing is the worst

No problem with the Doctors BUT the answering of telephone calls is a mess. Takes so long to answer and if your lucky to be answered you just start talking and gets cut-off. This is so annoying and has happened alot of times not just once. ????

Thank you to Dr De Villiers, Amanda, and Florence for the excellent service. I highly recommend Dr De Villiers and his wonderful assistant (Florence) to anyone who needs any form of dental work as they are super friendly and precise in their line of work. If you're looking for a dentist that will make you feel comfortable then you have found your dentist. Thank you once again!.

I did not have a great time here. I had to wait for an hour and had to continuously ask reception about my appointment. The place was full. Not professional at all.

Don't bother. Their admin service is the worst I've ever experienced! Made a booking for 11am only to be told when checking in that there is 8 patients before me. What's the point of booking then???

Always so busy only because of the exerlent doctors and staff they have been going there for years and have never been disappointed with the service
