The place is known for tge best prices around, really decent quality products at a very affordable price. The only drawback unfortunately is the area. It is surrounded by the Princess informal settlement and the area does not look good. You do not feel unsafe there at all despite driving through what looks like a very bad area.
The service they provide is good, all salespeople know what they are talking about and always assist in a friendly manner.
Worth a visit for any plumbing supplies you could need.

They were great but lately they seem to have become a bit arrogant with customers.

Have now received your reply. Can't remember which staff member, or the incident exactly as it was some to be ago. Just that I have been using you for years and always been a pleasant experience. This time it seemed to me that whoever served me was rude with an attitude of take it or leave it, which is not the helpful approach you normally had. Nothing to be done at this stage as it was long ago.

Staff excellent for the DIY (battlers) you are guaranteed to find you leaking or broken water issie part here if not they'll try and get it for you ohh and did i mention dont bother trying other places they still the cheapest
