This time around on Saturday the restaurant section of the mall was packed, a lot of people were making orders for fast food. But it was great! No disappointment so far. We were out for a Men's gathering or rather fellowship ????to end the year with celebration.

This restaurant made me wait hours for my food, which I ordered on Uber Eats, then when the driver arrived they refused to hand over my food and lied and said 3 other drivers had collected it. They should have canceled the order hours ago if they knew they had no intention of delivering it, I would have ordered somewhere else.

Service is poor. Waiter Thabo serves our table a drink for sharing without glasses. We ate and finished our food without glasses.
Mind u we called and reminded him... But dololo glasses..

Food was good , however the manager Thembi was quite rude in demanding to see our slips as we were seated waiting for our food. The Manager can do better in terms of customer service.

How can I rate a place with no star. I am so gonna make sure that people I know never buy from this restaurant ever again. I know the rules and regulations whatever but if I am not supposed to sit where its prohibited you should come to me politely and explain I am seating where I am not supposed to. You cannot just shake your head and point that I should move. I mean who does that. Unfortunately for the boy I know his name. I am not only eating you here but i am gonna put the complain with customer care. This is uncalled for.
