Friday 2nd September @13:09,I bought a meal,(?brunch,,)@Steers Westgate, comprising,chicken,ribs and chips for R130, as takeaway.
To my surprise,when I got home the chicken wasn't there.I tried 4times calling them, but calls went unanswered.I just wanted to make them aware of this corrupt practice which may be going on,meted on unsuspecting customers.

The person serving behind the counter doesn't know the menu - keeps telling me that a classic swirl with a flake is the same as a chocolate swirl with a flake...... If the rock face sales people can't upsell the products how does the franchise expect to survive?

I have usually had a pleasant experience at steers at Westgate, however there's this rude lady/cashier that had totally left a bad taste in my mouth pity i didn't take note of her name.

Good service. Clean and quick. This outlet maintained the same good standard of food and taste that I am accustomed to at other steers outlets. Loved the original King Steer Burger.

Has uncapped wifi with Facebook login which is good.Food quality is ok and so is the service.Staff are temperemental depending how much they think you will tip.The drinks are cheap thou.The smoking section is a bit musty though

Never buying there again. Cheese burger was cold as if taken out of fridge. Terrible!!!!!!
