PATHETIC!!! EVERY time I'm here there's minimum checkouts and are super slow. Checkout is always a 15-30+ minute wait no matter what time of day or month. Many times I simply leave my basket / trolley and just walk out. Management, go to Checkers FX Noordheuwel on Robert Broom to see how it's done, fantastic experience. I do not recommend going to Westgate Shoprite Checkers, especially paydays. I've been in this line 15 minutes now. Update on another visit- I was looking through Hotwheels cars and took most off the pegs into a baskets (a lot) and like a good person after I was done, I started putting them back on the pegs. Next moment security started hassling me why I didn't come through the staff entrance, very rude. I then tried to explain I am a customer, I'm not stocking the shelves. After many failed attempts trying to make him understand I DO NOT WORK HERE I am a customer he gave me grief that I'm not allowed to do that, which is fine, but just let a customer know it's ok to leave the goods for staff to put them back. No need to make as if it's a darn crime doing something good !! This was the last time I set foot in this place and Haven't returned since 21/12/2021

The place is clean in time no good is found lying on the floors, did not see moping of floor through out my shopping but still the place looked very clean and neat.
