Consultant who assisted me was rude, unprovoked. Had to deal with them twice based on an error they had made and not only has the error not been corrected but the consultant hung up on me without offering assistance of any kind. Will definitely not return to this store.

Wors service! Most demotivated, unfriendly and clueless staff members. The manager reminds me of a zombie because all he does is wonder around the shop trying his utmost best not to assit customers whilst the others are glued to their phones. I litterly had to raise my voice at the idiot before he registered. Utterly disgusted with the poor service received from the incompetent staff members over the last few weeks. Vodacom should look into this branch as they're causing the brand some serious reputational damage. FIRE THE LOT! There's thousands of people out there willing to work.

If there was a 0/5 rating, then that is what I would give. The level of Customer Service and Attitude of the staff is pathetic! Thato and Mary need to go for Attitude and Politeness training and not blame everything on system errors. I would recommend some Soft-Skills Courses. Chad the Manager needs to train his staff on the Policies of Vodacom as one lady at the door to the shop, is directing clients to 3rd party repair shops because they lazy to send phones to Alisom, even phones that are still in good use EVEN though they are a 2015 edition as Thato says!. Chad needs to keep his staff's attitudes in check! I don't like going to Westgate and this was an emergency. This experience is a testament as to why I don't like going there and never will I return!

Upgraded my cell phone contract on 06 July 2019. What the consultant advised me on and what my billing showed thereafter was completely different. When i returned to the store he denied having said prices which he mentioned on 06 July. I had to do an upgrade and pay a higher price to get the minutes to suit my needs. The same consultant told me I would pay R650 all inclusive per month. Checked my bill this morning on the app and it reflects a higher amount! Back to vodacom today to sort this out. Vodacare Westgate, your service is terrible. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CONSULTANTS!!!!!

Vodacom has the worst customer care service I have ever come across. Their website provide you with several numbers to dial... I dialled 0821958 more than 10 times and every time I had to wait for about 10 minutes before receiving a response... BUT as soon as the music stops playing and i heard a ringtone my call is disconnected! I finally gad to call the switchboard at Vodacom corporate office who put me through to customer care... I have been a a Vodacom client for 21 years but after years of sustained failed customer care I TERMINATED my contract with them ... I should have done that 20 years ago!!! Shame on you Vodacom for being such a poor service provider .. your service and attitude are disgusting!!!!

I think my sales man was dwyne sorry if i got this totally wrong. But i have to say this. He was such a gem. WoW what a exsperiance, i finally bought me a lap top for me. I finally spoilt my self. And D just made that much more better. Professional all the way he was. I look forward in buying more products thru vodacom. Vodacom you hired the perfect guy, and believe he will take the business, were the stars,..... are NOT the limit. Kind Regards
