Good day

The Westgate branch in roodepoort is very poor.

I came i to the store just before 5pm and the door was still open,when i walked in i just got shouted at from behind the counter that we are closed and will not help you.

I said ok but i just have a question with a fraud case i am struggling for weeks now, the lady just said that we will not help you, you can wait all you want.

So i am not sure why i cannot be assisted with a question and how i can resolve my problem.

The website states the store closes at 18:00 ,but due to covid the sign on door shows 17:00 which is understandable.

Now everyone is sitting and making jokes in their language, how is this acceptable customer service.

I am not a cell c client, and a fraudulent contract was opened with my details, but cell c does not care about this.

The staff is walking without their masks properly on, photos is attached of numerous employees. As this is against goverment law as instructed by the president. What is going on in this branch?

I handed in my phone for repairs 21 July 2017 the person who assisted me was Bonolo, nobody got back to me about whether the phone was repairable or not, I had to keep following up with Cell C repairs, I called again today and now I have been told that the phone was sent back to the shop on 31 July already, nobody called me to let me know that my phone is back and is ready to collect....What ever happened to customer service? I am not a happy customer.

I received a very bad service from a consultant called Diteboho . Very incompetent, unprofessional and not willing to go an extra mile to assist a customer. No customer service quality at all. The store must just be closed.

Horrible, from the manager to sales assistants and consultants. Decided to take my money elsewhere after my appalling experience at this store. Totally unprofessional and grotesque. Save yourself!

Terrible,
From manager to staff works together to play with peoples credit card they got one old kind of card swapping machine where they enter credit card numbers manually and then only after you enter your pin the machine asked you another password
They did three time to me, and when i asked for manager he misbehaved and defended them ,
I gonna report to police for this fraud,
