EXCELLENT SERVICE, BUT THE STORE IS USELESS WHEN LOADSHEDDING IS STARTING. YOU STILL STAND AND WAIT TO PAY, WHEN THEY CHASE YOU OUT. I HAD CSSH NOT EVEN A CARD TO PAY MY ITEMS. THE EDCON GROUP SHOULD EITHER CLOSE THE JET STORES OR SEE THAT THEY SUPPLY GENERATORS. PLESSE DO NOT SHOP HERE DURING THIS ONGOING LOADSHEDDING SS YOU WILL BE BADLY HUMILIATED!!!

Jet Westgate has been offline for weeks now, I went there and I was told to come back following day only to find that it's still offline. Went back another week still offline. Why don't you close this store once and for all, this is a very bad service.

Days now and they've been offline! Drive there everytime because they do not answer the phone or after two rings they drop the call. All I want to do is return something... closing this account for sure! Pathetic!!!

My absolute favourite Jet on the Westrand!! They are a huge store, cater for my son's age group in clothes and that's a huge winner for me

It seems that the cashiers are on a go slow, queue is more than 20 people long u0026 does not seem to be even moving. Come on, improve your service.

The Jet at westgate is great, it has a lot of variety of clothing to choose from. I love it.
