I tried to change my sim number. And they said it will be done in the next 2 days at the most. It has been 2 weeks and the land line is ringing the whole time. There is no answer.

If you want to experience bad service...come to this branch. Yes, the branch may be clean and look well-stocked, but the service being offered is none-existent to say the least. The staff seem to be quite-demotivated.

My experience with a Telkom contract was absolutely horrible. They kept finding ways to charge me extra and keep on contract. I visited Westgate branch several times before the issue was resolved and pirely because they never answered the phone. Whenever you call this branch it just rings on end!

I am so disappointed ???? ???? ???? no information from the consultant no advise whatsoever and attitude is bad. Telkom you need to do better with your employees. As a customer if I visit your store and I state what I am there for as a Telkom consultant you need to advise me accordingly so that we are on the same page and understand each other.

Tell me I went to apply for a wireless pocket router and after giving out all the required documents I was told my credit score is low kanjani? But I already have a cordless landline phone which I pay for every month and you still want me to go an open a clothing store account so that I can qualify to apply for that router. I don't want any credit or debts and I think you really need to step in when it comes to this.

I rushed here from work to make it in time before they closed. Only get there and NOT be helped because there's a piece of paper on the window saying they cut the cue and don't let people in 30min before trading hour. There was literally only one other person inside the store, but I couldn't get assisted ????. What's the point of having your operating hours as 09h00 - 18h00 if you will refuse to help customers from 30min prior to closing?? This was so disappointing
