Over the years there has been a scourge of vagrants and people deciding to have alcohol infused parties in this park. In recent times the City of Johannesburg seems to have won the victory against this scourge and the park is once again worthy of visiting.

I had a great time with my boys, and they had a lot of fun. I just want to appeal to the people who use the place to please keep it clean, there are bins there provided to throw dirt, bottles and all, thank you

Beautiful clean park with maintained children's playground equipment. Braai facilities. No ablution block so take your own bog roll and a plastic bag. Don't leave your mess for someone else to pick up. Regularly patrolled by security companies for vagrants.
