Hot wings were not hot. Even the soul sister 3 that we bought was not "hot". I told the manager. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. He then gave 3 new hot ???? pieces of chicken. Well Done ✅ to him. That was great customer service there.

Incompetent, messed up my order cost me R100 of food they never gave. After i asked the gent is he sure that both items are included, which he said yes it is. Order was for 2 hotwing party 16's and i received only one.

Standard has dropped. Chicken wings looks like yesterday's meat fried again the next day. It very dark and dry,too crispy,can't taste the spice because its burned. No flavour. Overall Friendly and professional fronline staff. Cleanliness,building well maintained and security - 5 stars rating. Need to improve their kitchen staff...they are killing the business. Food preparation not on point. Please do quality control checks...rotate and re-train staff please.

Wow, they know their customers and understand the needs, a bunch of beautiful people who really love their job great tasty original spiced food.

Had 2 pieces of chichen but the chicken drumstick was so small and coloured blue that i did not even gave it to my dog.
Had i seen it earlier i would have gone inside but left with my package.
They will never see me again.
Terrible to sell such an old and small piece to clients......discusted.
