I went to try and get a copy of my Academic Record / Transcript. I anticipated the worst as I have been battling online and telephonically for 3 months now. What a wonderful experience. I was in and out with my Transcript in under 15 minutes. Thank you for the efficient service.

The staff is quite helpful. The campus is not difficult to get around.

I find UNISA to be more frustrating this days. Two weeks back went to Florida campus n was helped by Zandile - she deserves a 110% 6 star that one. She explained the process for credits and helped me. Come to think I did go about the same enquiry during covid. Thank you to Zandi

Online it says you close at 4pm but were closed before 3.30pm. I have travelled from George to register and drove all the way from Edenvale today. This is because I cannot register online and my numerous emails and phone calls never get answered. Bloody ridiculous! Not to mention the rude and unhelpful security guards.

I just passed by to sort out my student number issue, it was packed since it's admission time.. The building are beautiful

The service is really good, the number of students present there is significantly less than in most campuses, which makes the waiting period short. This is a campus with plenty of facilities and resources, and all academic issues can be solved here. Satisfied ????????
