When your order via the app goes wrong... again!
After a year we decided to give Del Forno Witpoortjie another chance...
ORDER/EXPECTATIONS
1. Standard Mexican
2. Carne with extra fresh chillies
3. Alla Pappa with no avo
4. Cream soda 2l
DELIVERY/REALITY
1. Mexican with fresh chillies
2. Carne without fresh chillies
3. Alla Pappa with avo
4. Coke less sugar
The order was placed via the app, so there is realy no reason for any confusion. Yet, here we are again, left disappointed.
I don't like to leave bad reviews but when you spend almost R400 on an order you expect it to be correct when you receive it!
REVIEW FROM A YEAR AGO....
2nd time in 2 weeks they messed up our order via the app... they don't even deserve 1 star. Owner phoned us after the first issue and advised that issue occured due to system failure. Someone also made the executive decision to replace feta with mushrooms (because they didn't have feta in stock) without confirming this with the client. Who does this? It doesn't even fall within the same food group!!! When they replaced the order it was burned and not to standard. Now.. 2 weeks later and they messed up again. They offered to replace the pizza... but once bitten twice shy. Should we order from them again? I don't think so. An apology doesn't suffice anymore.
