This place is not just a joke, its pathetic. Purchased a used Discoverer 6, upon delivery the enjin management light was on, body repairs that were supposed to be done were poorly repaired. They advised to take delivery and take it in for a quote, which we did. Received the quote, with a HUGE defect list, and send it to Kennis. The list ranged from, Turbo replacement to break pads to door rubbers. They asked for a second opinion, which we got and submitted another quote..now they handed the matter over to their lawyers!
VERY excited to see their next approach!
Please do not support this business! No ethical values or sense of customer service!
18 jan 2022: haha...and the list goes on....roadworthy failed - engin number does not correspond. Not sure how they got it passed the first time. No urge from them to sort this out.
31 Jan 2022: After numerous mails, still no joy.
11 May 2022: Referred the matter to the Ombudsman. To date, Kennis has still not resolved the issue. Monthly premium active but cannot use vehicle. SHOCKING!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!
