Yesterday I was attended to by Gift in the small appliances department. He is a credit to Game Clearwater. Polite, goes the extra mile and tries his best. Thank you Gift!

No such thing as Black Friday, all the stuff was on previously on display or returned stuff, mostly without boxes. And way too overpriced. See photo, I wanted to see their headphones, Most of the headphones were locked up in a cage, too much effort for the 1 person in the whole electronic department, he was making up the prices as they weren't even marked with a price.I was expecting to be disappointed and I got what I expected. Cashiers were slow as usual.

I bought a laptop in April. When i tried to use it I found that there was something wrong with the keyboard so I took it back to
Game Clearwater. After playing around with it they confirm that the laptop is faulty and they booked it in for repairs on 29 May. I am told repairs take max 21 days. On 15 June I get an SMS stating that my laptop is ready for pick up. I go to the store on Sunday, 19 June and I am made to wait over an hour while they look for my laptop. It turns out that my laptop is not there and they cannot explain why I received an SMS stating it is ready. So they offer to deliver the laptop as soon as it is done. It is now July and I have not received any feedback from Game Clearwater nor has my laptop been delivered. I called the store yesterday and the lady said she will have a look for me and get back to me. I have received no call yet. I just want a refund at this point because I basically paid for nothing as I have never even used the laptop. I want a refund so I can go buy the laptop elsewhere.

If i could give minus stars I would this place is appalling. No customer service. Customers walking around looking for assistance but the staff are too busy arranging their social lives. To get a manager well that's a joke. At the tills the were 3 people working. No packers. I had to pack myself. The other tellers are doing nothing but waiting to close. This place is not where you want to go if you don't know what your looking for. Definitely not going there again unless I am desperate. Even then id consider otherwise.

The service at this store is ver very poor! There's no (much) staff on the floor to assist customers. Considering the size of this shop, this is so unacceptable. There was just one till working imagine!...

Terrible experience. Had to wait 30min in store for someone to help me collect a fridge bought yesterday. Then we were told we are in the wrong area, we have to go to the outside of the mall to collect the fridge. We had to pay for the parking ticket of course. Once in the outside collection area, someone took our invoice + receipt and promptly disappeared for 25min. Area was locked and no one was responding to our calls from within the warehouse. When we announced that we were going onto hellopeter, 3 warehouse staff suddenly appeared.

I would avoid this if I were looking for an appliance. After a bad experience with an attempted online purchase 3 weeks back, I am forced to use Makro or Hifi Corp going forward

Hopefully this review will spare someone the frustration we faced.

The Hisense salesperson was so so so helpful and went above and beyond to assist us and get us the best deal. Thank you for your great service yesterday. Allsoooo the 10% off deals on Wednesday for vaccinated people are awesome
