Walked into the store and browsed for a while. Nobody offered assistance. This store has a wide variety of good healthy products. Very much on the pricey side.

Had the best experience with Tholakele at the store. She went the extra mile in explaining and advising the effects of the supplements I required. She was also very patient with me as I had a long list of things to buy????. Her customer service really left a good impression on me, which is why I'm rating the store 4 days later! Kudos.

No customers in the shop but apparently I was being annoying by asking staff about a certain product and which would be the best one. Nice one guys! way to go with customer service. (pathetic)

This is a good place to look for products that you are not likely to find at the bigger retail pharmacies. Granted that it is niche shopping space and they have variety of imported goods that you would otherwise have to order online. They have a good range of Solgar products and have some high quality products from small local suppliers.

It is frustrating when you go and buy tablets and they always out of something Your range of supplements are awesome. Rosebank branch the best always give good advise and service and knowledgeable about the products

Great selection of products but don't ask for help. As a new customer i was looked down on when asking what i thought was a simple question about nutrition. They looked at me like i was a green Martian and promptly walked away.
