I cannot express my disappointment and regret that I went into pick n pay Clearwater today. My mother's phone was stolen out of her handbag in pick n pay. As soon as we reported it to security at the door and by the time they looked at the security camera an hour and 45 minutes have passed. No way of then tracking the people who did it. The lack of service and the mismanagement of the security in that store is shocking. It says that there is 24/7 cameras throughout the store on the door but nothing was seen on that cameras. I am shocked that you did not have any properly trained staff that could assist us and you let my 62 year old mother stand for 105 minutes without checking if she is okay. Will not support pick n pay Clearwater again. I don't expect you to recover stolen items but to at least have trained staff that can assist us would have been a great start
