Took my daughter to have her ears pierced at Lovisa Clearwater and what a disaster!!. They tried 3 times to pierce her right ear because the earring did not go through. Now she is sitting with a swollen earlobe and in pain!!!

Pity the music in the store is so loud that you cannot even hear the sales person talking, surely there is a legal decibel allowance for each store? The music from this store can be heard at mugg and bean.

I will not support Lovisa again, especially Clearwater branch. Understand Tu0026C but when I bought earrings an hour before and it comes out of the packaging you would think that an exception can be made. Man behind the counter arrogant to top it off

Bought some jewelry at Keywest Lovisa. It was a gift. No bags. I went there twice after that stil no bags ?? It was wrapped in black tissue paper.

Whatever you do, don't go to Lovisa in Clearwater Mall. The most arrogant man trying to overcharge a 6 year old child wanting to buy a necklace and earrings. If you buy 6 pairs of earrings it will cost you R100 but if you buy only 1 pair you do not pay the R30 marked price. It will now cost you more. I obviously made a scene and he 'did me a favour' by charging the marked price. Then you want to pay with a mall gift card and all of a sudden the gift card system is offline. Funny that any other card works. Never again.
