Every month I have the same fight. They don't debit the account and give me hell with the outstanding balance. Get the usual sms, Pay or be listed BS. as if I am the one at fault....then their accounts department said I was to fill in a form to indicate how much they should debit....Uhm...check the contract? I will never recommend this gym to anyone. The sales person also lied saying that I could cancel at anytime during the promotion time when I signed up and only to find out two weeks after signing, you can only cancel in the first week cooling period. I do suggest to keep all communications in writing with the gym as it seems every wrong they do, its your fault.
