I always order the same thing’s and some how they never get my order correct. I ask for no mushrooms and then they repeat it and I hear them say it but it’s okay when to go back to the store and have them rectify the problem but yesterday we decided to take a nice walk given that I live 1,9km from Romans and when we arrived back home the order was wrong again and I lost my appetite and I didn’t even want to call them and complain but please guys you know you’re food is great but sometimes you also need to show that you value your customers I mean I would walk to your store because I like your food but would you even consider my appreciation in return or am I just a matter that you will ignore because you have many other customers and to disappoint me doesn’t bother you at all?
Really disheartened by you guys ????????

Good service and good food.

Romans always has nice specials running monthly. There food is good quality and value and waiting times are not too hectic. Lots of parking and the location is very central on Ontdekkers Road running into the West Rand.

Its a quick stop off the N1/Gordon Road. A few tables outside would be appreciated.

I was a first time customer, I placed 2 orders of any 2 pizza, 1. Vegetarian 1.chicken mayo with feta, 1. Hot one and 1.pepperoni, only to get home and see that it was all wrong .won't be ordering ever again.

Belgium chocolate pizza pie was different from other places, did not have the flair, but tasted very good.

This Roman's is quick and efficient and the staff are great. Quality is as expected and toppings are generous.

The store has a generator for those Load Shedding nights too.

I ordered a large steak supreme pizza with extra olives. I was pleased to see quite a lot of olives on my pizza, but literally - and I do mean litterally - only 4 tiny pieces of steak on the whole thing. Come on guys! You're not giving the toppings for free!
I could have ordered a Margherita with extra olives and saved quite a bit.

Quick, clear communication u0026 hassle free is always what we looking for... thanks for a pleasant experience. Pizza also well worth the drive.
