The staff are so helpful and pleasant i had a young lady Rose that helped me with a project and took time to provide guidance. I've visited this store often and will continue to I'm sure other consumers agree that quality, friendly service is what keeps us coming back. A big thanks to the entire team

A very poor customer experience with the store manager. We bought a relatively pricey paint pen from the store, opened it to test it and then saw that the nib on the pen was unexpectedly short. We asked for the manager and showed her an example of how long the nib should be, using a sample pen we brought with us. She went on to behave in an absolutelt apathetic manner, which is really unbecoming of a senior person in a leadership role. PNA needs to teach its senior staff how to treat customers.

Staff are young and ambitious but it doesn't necessarily mean that you get the best customer service. Good place to get all your arts and crafts supplies

I love PNA stores...everywhere. Usually find what I'm looking for. Would love it of more stores could stock the Cricut accessories.

I am not so sure of the professionalism of the staff at this place.

I suppose because this mall is so quiet the staff almost don't care if you walk in.

An update on this place: 2022-02-07 . Since the last time I visited this PNA - the staff have become more friendly and willing to assist. Have to change the rating to a 5 star! Well done!
