very poorly serviced. we wanted a burger with no source no salad no mayonnaise only meat cheese n roll. They gave us with mayonnaise. was mad. They are in competent. especially after hour. They have their own way. never will go back there.

Maybe it's just my luck, but every single experience with them was good. Only once I got the wrong order. The drivethru is fast, food is always fresh, quality good. The best KFC I've dealt with and I've been at many in Joburg and Cape Town.

i just ordered 2 streetwise one with mash and gravy and mini loaf. i asked for less mash and extra gravy . They gave me extra mash and practically no gravy and the chicken was raw inside that i ended up throwing it. i clearly asked the lady that was handing me the order, if the order was with less mash and she said yes mam. im very disappointed. i was too hungry so i ate the mash and gray and the skin from the chicken

Till today I've had a good service from Constantia Kloof KFC, drive through fast and my order is always there and tastes good
Today lunch time we bought 2 can dine with 2 mini loafs, went back to the office only to find out the mini loafs were not there and because of work we couldn't go back
Drive through was really slow, lady that assisted us kept on being distracted by a colleague, cause we had to repeat our order of times which is irritating.

The drive through is a bit tight and a homeless man sits right there where you collect your food (imagery for thought) but food was good

Was hoping their food has improved. Disappointed yet again. Terrible. Less than 1 star to be honest. Every meal I've ordered there has been so disappointing that I stopped buying from there. From their breakfast to their burger meals. So so so so disappointed at my meal tonight that I just had to review the place. Absolutely terrible food.
