I ordered a very simple take away meal inside Nando's. It took them almost 45min to put a chicken in a bag and two boxes of veg. I order medium, everything came in mild. The stuff wasn't on PAR, everything was cold and we ended up eating 20:30pm.. Only 2 staff members was helping customers, the rest started cleaning. Never again.

Takeouts from here are delicious and well prepared ???? the mild seems like hot ???? Otherwise the place is clean and organized. Staff are also friendly, attentive and patient. ????????

Won't ever recommend
Service is very slow, we sat nearly more than 40min waiting for our takeaways in the drive through....And what we ordered is not what we received....Just 5 chips and the burger is not as big as it shows on the board. And when we opened it up it was busy falling apart.... I didn't know you serve customers with 5 chips and a tiny piece of burger falling apart...Didnt even onions or sause on, just a very small piece of chicken and thats it...Not the best service. ????

One of the nicest Nando's around. Staff and management that still cares, are friendly and goes the extra mile. Food is very good and clean. Everybody raves over the place and it sure is worth it. I checked it out after a recommendation from a friend and glad I did it. If you are even wondering, just go and check!

Ordered on Ubereats and they still managed to sent every single item wrong.

I am editing this review as nando's have contacted me and sorted out my order. I am very impressed with the support I received. The branch contacted me and rectified my order.

Ordered from Nandos Constantia Kloof through UberEats, it has been almost 2 hours and no food in sight. Luckily I received great support from UberEats and I was able to get my money back for this shocking non-delivery.

I am sorry for the UberEats driver who wasted all this time waiting at the store while he could have earned money at better functioning restaurants. This restaurant definitely cost him a good portion of his income for a Friday night.
