The property I saw is rented by someone in a long term lease. I was not impressed, the property is old and not maintained, it's just in a bad state.

Mainly a student hostel. Caring and attentive staff. WiFi doesn't exist here, however, there's an insufficient work around offered (Private Sim). A shuttle service is available to drive students to the university. Note that it doesn't work on Saturdays and Sundays. The rooms are self contained except for a few where a kitchen is shared. You are free to make your room your own though. It's a great place to stay all in all.

It's a great place to stay when you at Monash university but some if the workers are so mean and arrogant.The owner is so kind and friendly .

There was no WiFi and dogs bark viciously at the guests and visitors.

It's a student accommodation but there's no WiFi.
