Very unpleasant service received.
The lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude when I enquired about their ice cream.
I've placed my order. While she is busy with my order another client walks in and she leaves everything that she is busy with and helps that customer. The customer paid with a R100 note which she has touched and still gave him change. SHE DOES NOT EVEN THINK to sanitize her hands after touching money and she wants to continue making the milkshake I ordered.

In this time of Covid you are so reluctant as a Steers franchise very disappointed.

She did not question why when I said she can cancel the order and she just left it.

Literally could not go in and eat because the server was sitting outside digging in her nose. Like several fingers, really working at the area. Disgusting!

Was contacted by customer care who did an okay job following up, but the actual branch totally faked trying to get back to me on the issue. They do not care about hygeine at all, it seems.

rude staff. it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge me...and I was the only one there. chips aren't done. probably why they have zero customers. please just go to RocoMamas next door and don't waste money here

The chips was not tasty at all. As i entered the shop i could smell the oil was old. We usually buy from this branch but today I did not enjoy this meal.

The worst service i have ever received. The manager was absolutely unpleasant and rude. Eventually the staff at the back(Cooks) had to come and give me my order, as the manager refused to serve me. The lady who gave me my order apologized, cause she felt so bad about the manager's behavior

I am a Wacky Wednesday person so last wednesday i made an online special order for R149 which comes with 2wacky Wednesdays and two large chips. It was not the first I made this order but I was disappointed when I was given the wrong order of 2large chips and one wacky Wednesday. I tried talking to the manager but she was with no help, I was given attitude on top of that. One of the employees was laughing but said that she didn't want to get involved but knew I was right, I was a regular there but after Wednesday I'll only buy ice-cream there because there won't be any complications. DISAPPOINTED
