Good mini pizza, generous amount of cheese ????????

We arrived at romans and placed our order 5.24pm. We ordered x2 large chicken supremes with a thin base, a beef Chilli, sweet Chilli beef, and a chicken Supreme regular base.
They told us our order would take 15min. We left for 15min and came back and our order was still not ready. The employees were standing around and not doing anything.We waited for 10 min and another customer complained that she had ordered via phone called at 5.30 and her order wasn't ready either. We all asked why our orders werent ready and all they gave us wrre excuses. One of the empyees even yelled at us. And when we asked for the manager they ignored us. We watched all the other customers that ordered after we did get their orders including quite a lot of uber eats orders, and our order was still not ready. They said they got all of our orders wrong and they were fixing it, but they didnt communicate that to us while we were waiting. We asked for a refund and then they brought us our order. We took it and left after letting them know how displeased we were with their service. We waited for 50min.
When we got home we realized they got all our orders wrong. And some of the pizas were raw and uncooked the dough was even stretchy. It horrible experience and I would recommend no one go buy from there.
They have bad service and cannot communicate with their customers.

It was really good, tasty Pizza. Nicely melted cheese and fresh ingredients as toppings. I really enjoyed the choices of Pizza we ordered. Service can just be a little bit faster at the front counter.

No service on the last visit. Staff was so busy helping Uber drivers and answering phones, that we eventually left without ordering. This used to be a really great Romans, but clearly not anymore.

Friendly staff and a great owner makes this Pizza house a place to be visited, quick and professional service, get to know the staff they are all great. Shop looks also great during the holiday season. Thank for doing that extra bit.

Have been buying pizzas here for over 9 years with great results but the quality of the food tonight was poor, ordered a bacon avo and feta and a meat pizza(cant remember the name) and it was so bland and tasteless, some places on the pizza tasted like they didn't even have sauce on it, for 2 pizzas over R200 you would expect pizzas that taste better

Absolutely ridiculous! Placed a order via phone a full hour. Arrived to pay and pick up only to be informed that they will only start with my order now and it will take 20min. Why did I order ahead? Called the owner Marry only to let the phone ring out a couple of times! The service has always been slow and they take their time to answer their phones to place an order. This was the last time!
