Was good as always the chips here are always a little cruncher than other Steers branches. Not a big deal especially if you like them that way.

Shocking shocking shocking service. Ordered online and waited over an hour for the order. When called they said the driver had left. When called again 15 mins later they said the driver had left 7 mins ago and will take 20mins to get to Sundowner?

Pathetic service - couldn't care at all. Steers Honeydew is happy to process payments online via the Steers mobile app (which confirms delivery is available), and subsequently cancels orders because they they can't/won't deliver. I then get told that they'll only refund the money already paid in 5 business days. It's blatent fraud, to which the manager's response is "Sorry, that's how it works"!?

I wonder how happy Steers would be if I walked out of a store with food and told them I'll pay in 5 business days? They're happy to take your money, but to actually provide the service you think you're paying for ... not so happy.

Clearly Famous Brands didn't do their homework when they approved a Steers franchise for this bunch of theives.

Service with a smile! Honestly my fav steers, i have never been disappointed by them. We always call to get the order ready for collection, my milkshakes weren't ready when I got there so they rushed to get them ready which gave me the opportunity to sit and watch them work together - coming from a hospitality background I really enjoyed watching how they work as a team to get done what needs to get done and have fun with it too. Great teamwork. Almost forgot I was there for dinner and instead gkt a show! ????????

Food at this branch is terrible. I wrote to steers and told them about it and they have done nothing and have not replied. Been there twice now and I will never go back. The service is okay and it looks like a steers, but the food not so much...

I always use to get burgers from steers blueberry. But the last 3 weeks it has been discussing. Today got some again. Put it this way if I had pigs I would not even give it to them. Steers you won't see me or any of my social media friends will buy from you. I'm sure you don't mind you got your clients that will accept such rubbish to eat,!!!!!!!!!####£££
