The establishment needs work sure seen better days.
Staff was friendly , but relaxed, so you need to be easy going ad well.

Shooters - was either old or watered down. Suggest a pass.

Had a Eisbein, always a winner . Crispy outer, succulent inside. 4.5 out of 5. Will order again.
Full platter prawn - big portion but a 3.8 out 5. Value for money, but the accompanying sauces were not up to scratch. Butter had an old taste, and garlic burtter was non existent.

Get a take away from here.

Went there on the 13/07/2022. Place was empty. Ordered chicken wings starter. Took a bite and immediately spat it out. Chicken tasted off, has a horrible smell. Those were not fresh by a long shot. I brought it to the attention of our waiter. I asked him to smell the food which he reluctantly did and wouldn’t confirm or deny that the food was bad. As a paying customer I expected some sort to an apology. To add insult to injury I still had to pay for it after returning the entire plate having cut into one wing. I will not be returning anytime soon.

This is a bit of a difficult review.

The food that we had was really great. The prawns are absolutely to die for, the pizzas are delicious and the pricing is really decent especially when they have specials. I can't speak for the entire menu, but everything we did have was great.

The drinks menu is also top notch, really can't complain.

*BUT* The staff are extremely unprofessional and they seem to be untrained. We were supposed to get free beers with each meal and they very blatantly kept it for themselves, we had to kick up a fuss to actually get the beers. The same goes for the takeaways, we had to basically beg them to give us our food that we had asked them to put in a "doggy bag" for us.

It's really a pity, would've given this place 5 stars, but the staff will be the death of this place.

The experience was ok. Food wasn't great. Not well presented, tasteless and cold. No meat on the ribs. Chips had a weird after taste. Great service with a friendly smile. Drinks were well priced but the presentation was lacking. Overall a nice place to have drinks and nothing more.

What a disappointment. Service was terrible, waitress was not attentive at all. She did not know the dishes on the menu, nor was any variations entertained. I have no problem with inexperienced staff, but it’s best to say “I’m new” to one’s customers. (Not sure if she was new)
The draught tasted weird, perhaps it was past sell-by. Food was ok. We orderd the beef burger (I asked for bacon and cheese -but my request was not accommodated) and it was tasty, but by no means amazing.
Overall, it’s not what I expected. The place looks run-down with no apparent management to attend and ensure a level of service.
I would say don’t waste your hard earned money.
