Great little restaurant, great to sit in the dappled sunlight of the trees. Waiter was very attentive. Yummy cappucinnos and lovely cake selection, cheaper than most places. The frozen lemon meringue was to die for.
Chickens and roosters walking around and lovely to explore by the shop area for a very pretty garden settings.

Great little restaurant coffee shop. Scones cakes and pancakes with fresh fruit. Toasted sandwiches and burgers. You can also have beer and wine.Nice to sit under the trees for breakfast and relax. Friendly and quick service.

What a pleasant surprise!! I've always loved Second Cup but haven't visited since 2018 - Just before my dad passed. Special place because that's where we shared our last "Restaurant Meal" together as he was already very sick at the time. I had a good time that day due to awesome food and the best waiter EVER. Unfortunately I can't remember his name. I visited again recently u0026 found the place looks even more stunning than before!!! VERY nice renovations done to the shops that make Second Cup more than just a food stop in a nice garden!!

Breakfast is definitely a step up from your local Wimpy and lunches like these... You won't find at your Family Restaurants like Spur... Every meal is perfectly prepared, portion sizes are really decent, I've never received cold food or beverages and waiting time is not bad considering. Not that waiting a bit is even noticed as you are swept away by the surrounding greenery, the chickens running around, the birds making themselves known in the trees and interesting things for your eyes to linger on.

Also, ALL the waiters are friendly, focused, as fast as they can be and you can see they're all part of the furniture and probably know the menu by heart. I asked the waiter to ask the chef not to be shy with the cheese sauce and I really smiled when my plate arrived! That's really going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. What a nice team to work for you!
TO the waiters at second cup: You are all SUPA AYOBA!

The gate is not manned BUT the parking is safe. You should see a security person close by the moment you get out of your car. They're not the kind to run over and greet and hint hint for cash - which is great, but they're on their posts watching. Perfectly secure parking. The kind of guys I'll walk over to to tip myself... I think it would be well worth it and deserved to set them up with a basic, covered watch out spot like a small shed to shield the sun in summer where they can at least plug in a heater or a kettle in winter u0026 charge a phone.

Really feels like you took a drive out to the Country Side. Over-all lovely experience. Thanks u0026 keep up the good work!!

We enjoyed our morning at second cup. However I think if you are more than 2 people that want to go and spoil yourselves on a weekend, rather make a booking in advance. They are very busy, while we were sitting there some people had to turn around????. They have a relaxing atmosphere inside and outside, my favourite is outside under the trees???? I would suggest that you try the cheese Nacho's was finger liking lekker

The place is amazing. With the tables set up outside in the tall trees. Outside sitting area is under tree shades, might want to bring a jacket. Great vegetation can take a walk around the place great if you are a garden lover. The food was ok, a bit below what i expected for the place but its ok. Also the food takes forever it took 1 hour for us to be served and the waiter had forgoten to include some items we ordered. I recommend going to the place if you wanna chill/catchup in a great place over a cup. Not good place to go if you hungry you will starve while you wait. Remember to carry a jacket too????. Also they offer a variety of options for breakfast and brunch

Lovely setting, good food, painstakingly slow service. Why one would only have two waitrons over lunch is a mystery. Perhaps management could revisit that idea?

Great atmosphere. Food was very nice. Appreciated the fact that the waiter gave us a heads up about a big table about to place their order. This allowed us to get our order in ahead of them. Reducing our time to wait.
Also there was an issue with the card machine and Anet was very helpful and notified me later that evening when they cashed ul that the cash balanced and only a single payment was recorded.
This was very much appreciated and above the service expected.
