I had a temporal lobe seizure in the gym. The staff jumped straight into their training. A curtain was put around me. Then I was driven home. Thank you so much to Virgin Active Constantia. I train there often and I love the place.To everyone else, please treat the staff with respect.

Nice gym nice people, but the manager is as useless as it can be, probably only appointed because of BEE!

We reported that some has stolen some of my stuff, and he did absolutely nothing!

No generators during load shedding rendering the cycles and treadmills redundant. For the price we pay they should be standard.

Totally disgusted in the lack of maintenance in this Gym. Not one hairdryer working...!!!!!! Went to plug my own hairdryer in and what do you know ...not one plug working..left with my hair soaking wet today as they don't even bother having a sign up warning us.

Their customers need to pay premium prices for cheap service!! No generator and of course “back up” flood lights do not work! Pathetic!

Virgin Active Constantia , should be avoided as they South Africa's Biggest Scam Company , they advertised a promotion which my husband and I signed up for , we already received our Membership contract by email and went today to collect the Gym Cards and was then told that the Membership as changed and now we paying double the amount we signed up for, they make you sign the contract and then changes the debit order amount without your consent, I then said that I cant afford the fees they changed to as i did not agree to that amount , I was then told by Karabo from Constantia that she cant assist me and if I want to cancell then I must pay the Cancellation fees, Virgin South Africa is a Fraudulent Company that scams people into signing Promotion fees then changes it afterwards and then demand you pay cancellation fees so they are making money either way, many people are caught in this trap and the South African public needs to address this Virgin Active Scam, I signed up with Saadick Jacobs, he needs to be questioned about this, I will make sure Twitter, Facebook and all Social Media forward and Warm the South African Public about this Virgin Active Scam

This Gym is too full of people standing next to a open machine that they are busy using while looking at social media… rather look for a different gym.
