My first visit to Wild Eagle Spur and it definitely won't be my last. I simply fell in love with the layout of the restaurant. They have the best kiddies play area, for both young and older kids.
On a cold winters night, a table close to the fireplace is a must.

The food is well prepared. They may be a franchise with the same menu, however the food feels more healthier, wholesome.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating.
Best Spur on the West Rand❤️

It is a nice, big stand alone Spur and and also a bit hidden. Safe and secure parking is provided with a car guard. We were there for a birthday, table of 8-10 adults and 6 kids. Food took way too long (I understand they were busy - almost every table was celebrating a birthday) but delicious. Portion sizes are great. Staff is friendly and courteous. I would like to say thank you to Buhle for the great service and her patience with our kids

We were very excited to go to this Spur franchise. Unfortunately waited by the door for a while, was eventually taken to the table. Waited for 15 minutes and still no waiter came, we weren't even asked if everything was okay or have we got a waiter yet. They were busy with plenty birthday parties but it's no excuse. Also my partner went to the restroom and the toilet seats were damaged and loose We left and came to Key West Mall Spur Ranch and got our food and drinks within 15 minutes with friendly service from staff and good food. Maybe a little more concentration and effort on customer service.

I came here with my family for the first time and we had a glitch with our food when it was given to us, but the way the manager swiftly came in and ensured whatever issues we had were addressed was quite refreshing. We also loved the big play area for kids. Their food was great too. We'll certainly come back again, multiple times.

It's a lovely spur and the food was great.

Only reason I'm only giving 4 stars is that the play area is just filled with kids that are way too old and basically ran over my 18 month old while he was crawling through a tunnel.

There should be a height limit for children and also someone telling them not to run up the slides aggressively while a baby is coming down. In fact there should be a few child minders. Papachinos is a better option if you have toddlers small children.

What a lovely Spur! Best I have been to in a long time! The kids area is fantastic, I was pleasantly surprised with the menu items and specials and the service was wonderful and very pleasant! We will defiantly be back with the rest of the family!
