My experience with echo gardens was wonderful!very therapeutic. Staff members were great and able to assist when necessary. Room well cleaned everyday. Food enough though a bit of challenge for breakfast-no variety, you eat same breakfast every day.

Horrible attitude from reception,
Made a booking via Whatsapp, confirmed my arrival time, arrived after 3 hours drive to find that its fully book, at least i could hear the manager told the receptionist to apologize on her behalf. The reception look dirty and disorganized, can only imagine the rooms. Why do businesses think they doing you a favour to buy from them, pathetic.....

The staff is fantastic, very friendly and very hardworking but they are extremely over worked leading to many things being overlooked. I stayed in room 3 and upon arrival the room was very dirty, from the linen, towels, floors and to top it off there were ants everywhere. The TV's are those old box TV's and don't have DSTV or even open view, you can't even watch anything as there is so much static that comes through so you end up having to switch it off. The place needs a general upgrade. The bed is very uncomfortable. The only reason that I am rating this place a 3 is purely based upon the staff and nothing else otherwise it would have been a 1.

Wow! Echo Garden is great. We enjoyed a great weekend will certainly use them regularly. My lady is happy and loved the room and the crystal clear pool. I also loved the personal touch with the owner.
We also enjoyed the breakfast as well.

It's in a nice quiet suburban area with all amenities very close by. We celebrated a romantic weekend in a very lovely place and created great memories. We're definitely coming back. Kudos on great service and beautiful, homely guest house. See you soon.
