I just bought 2x chocolate sundae ice cream cups from this KFC. Now I asked them a flake so to my surprise I paid R19.90 for the ice cream only and the R5 per flake they did not add the sauce that is supposed to be with the sundae but I still paid for it I see on the slip they said no garnish this is not what I asked for. Just a pity I saw this only when I got home this is a very good image you are putting out there making customers pay for something they do not receive. Iam very disappointed.

Services was slow, had a peace of A4 paper on the menu board saying the card matjien is offline and you can only see it when you are already in the drive through and can't get out.

Oky food. Not the best service, drive through no! More like go park there and wait 30min for your food..

We were nr 3 in line at drive-true and waited more than 20min. That only for crushers. At least the crushers were tasty, but the wait after 20pm got me.

You point to a promotional poster you want that but they don't give it. You show a screen shot of a previous order and ask exactly how you ordered it a few days ago. Got my 15 piece chicken but that's it the rest was all mixed up and nothing I added was like I wanted it to be. Proof that ordering on mr D food is more functional than actually going to a store.
