The place was neat and you had everything you need, the Hostess was very friendly and funny. Had a good night's rest and a hearty breakfast. Good value for money.

Thank you Hanneke for your great hospitality. My family and I felt welcomed from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. We checked in late and you were still very accommodating and professional. Our family room was neat and comfortable, breakfast was yummy and the kids loved being there. I'd definitely recommend Rustenburg Guesthouse to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

What a nice place to just go for a quick get away. Theresa went out of her way to accommodate us and our 1 year old son. The atmosphere was divine and chilled. The spacious room and small garden which Theresa moved us to when we realized we had booked a very small room was perfect for our little family. The small elements of attention to detail were much appreciated!! In short we will most definitely be back when we want some quick downtime!! Thank you once again for a lovely stay!!

Nice and cozy. The manager was very helpful and friendly; even though you could see he had his hands full.Being receptionist, chef etc.Overall had a nice stay.

Firstly a guesthouse can not run if da manager is racist. Everything abt it was bad. Wen we arrived there he cudnt find our booking,then he said our rooms were given to someone else
He split da family into 2 rooms.The breakfast is terrible, its da same thing every day. Toilets are not clean nd dey do not clean da rooms everyday. Seriously he knows nothing about hotel management or food nd beverage

We book the family room from Thursday to Sunday. Paid in full on 25 Jan. Confirmation email from Booking.com received. When we got there on Thursday the guy running the place was seriously confused. Apparently our payment bounced, then he saw oh no, it was someone else. When we went inside, the family room was given to someone else, as per him, he only started there 4 weeks ago and the previous manager never wrote it down anywhere. It almost took them 30 minutes to make a plan, so my mother in law was put in one room and we in another room. We went out for thr afternoon and as we walked back in the door he stopped my husband and says, he cant find the deposit payment only the balance. How do you pay the balance but not the payment, he asked my husband where does the money go from booking.com. my husband told him, he is sorry, but it does not look like he knowz how to run a business and went to the room. We got the most horrible e perience for the rest of the weekend. He did not greet us anymore, no morning nothing. When we asked about braaing, he just threw the braai tongues on the table and walked away. We spent so mu h of money that we did not plan on doing as we tried to avoid the guesthouse as much as possible. Did not feel welcome at all. The same breakfast was served every single morning, nothing new. No freah juice, it is only cordial that has been mixed into a big jug. The gutters were hanging loose outside, my husband had to tell him to tie it because if it falls on someones head there will be big problems. Then only he got thr gardener to fix it. My girl fell very bad outside and her knees were bleeding, so i went and asked him for a plaster. He does not have a first aid kit in the guesthouse and had to go ask one of the guests with kids for a plaster. No warm water in room 14 at the basin, only cold water. Fridges are hardly keeping foof and colddrinks cold. When we left, he did not come out to open the gate, we were standing outside for almost 5 minutes, then had to hoot then he came to open the gate. Terrible horrible service.
