Nice place to stay. Not far from the shopping centre. Price included breakfast. It’s affordable and rooms are relatively clean. Staff was helpful and friendly during our stay.

Had a bad experience with this place. my phone was lost on the 07.03.2021 in the morning at their premises, i asked all the stuff and no one knew or seen my phone. only to track it the next day and to my surprise i located it to the very same place that I've lost it which is Glen Ross. after i have mentioned to come with the police that's when manager Anne remembered that they've picked up my phone. she goes on to lie and said that the brother picked it up 2km away from their lodge. i had to drive all the way to Derby to get my phone from the Manager, everything has been whipped out even important work documents. i tried speaking to the owner Andre Joubert he didn't even care at all he even intimidated me. If u wanna sleep with one eye open book at this place..

What you see is definitely not what you get. The staff is unfriendly u0026 unwelcoming. We checked in at 9pm, having made arrangements and were received by a staff member in her night gown. They do not greet at all, cleaning services are bad, they literally just make the bed. The place is close to being neglected, the photos are definitely misleading. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!!!

I thank God I was only there for 2 nights!!! The place is nice but the food was terrible. Banana and mayonnaise as a dessert? Who does that????????????? even the main meal, we couldn't eat that. Tomatoes, and green pepper as a salad? Like really now? That was my first and last time.

What type of establishment is this? A circus!!!!! Playing loud music at 12 am on a week night and a total disregard for home owners around them. Phoned them and they promised music will will be silenced then refused to answer the phone again. Poor poor poor!!!!

Love this place. I've been coming here almost every week for close to a year now and it really has become my second home. The staff is sweet and accommodating and the rooms are always impeccably clean. Love it!
