Service was exceptionally slow. After a very long wait for any food to arrive, it came in drips and drabs to the point that one family member had finished his food before the last member's food arrived (we were only a party of 5). All this when the restaurant wasnt even at 25% capacity (so there really wasn't any reason to excuse such slow service).

The food was good, but some meals were not served with everything the menu promised (and without forewarning of this).

All in all, I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone, there are places with better food and better service to offer.

The restaurant unfortunately did not live up to the standard set by the previous tenant. The service was quite poor, and the meals substandard. For over R150 for a steak and vegetables, the taste was bland, the rump sinewy and the mixed vegetables clearly came out of your typical frozen packets you would find in a supermarket. The live entertainment did however set a nice mood. In summary, the restaurant requires serious intervention in terms of proper food preparation and presentation.

Food is excellent , I have a baby girl of 1 year 9 months. so every time she wants to go to the bathroom we must go in to the smoking area, we are a smoking free family, it's almost if the restaurant is for people that smoke,,

Quick service. Good food. A chef that knows how to cook a rump steak to perfection. So glad we got a Buffalo Grill a bit closer to home.

For newcomers : Try the Slow steak or Undercover Steak. You will thank me later.

This was a really sad restaurant experience. Pleasant well intentioned staff, a hopelessly ineffectual manager. Advertised beers not in stock. Even something as simple as steak was badly cooked. I feel desperately sorry for the staff who really would be good if trained and led by someone who cares and who has some passion. This enterprise serves to fail which is sad. Not what Rustenberg or the country needs.

Great ambience, my wife had the bufallo Grill burger and the beef Patti was a very dry really no ounce of juicyness so that was a miss, I had ribs and buffalo wings which were delicious. The service was good as well.

No service as Safari Gardens branch. Left before we ordered. More than 30 minutes to get drinks. People left fuming after food not arriving after 1 hour, including take away collections. We were not prepared to wait an be disappointed like other customers. After a long day at work, eating out dhould be a pleasure snd relief, not adfing to yhe stress. I won't go back.
NB: The WHOLE restaurant and bar is smoking, except for the 10% at the entrance. You need to go through the smoking area to get to the toilets. Chdren can only get to the play area through the smoking area NOT in line with the SA smoking law.
This place will close soon.
