Great pasta, pizza, sandwich and drink options. Our waitress 'Toffee' was an absolute delight, recommending dishes and drink options, came to update us on when our food would be ready and was all round a bubbly personality. The prices were affordable for the big portions you get. Only thing I have to fault is the long wait, almost 20 minutes for food.

We ordered a monsterito Mediterranean pizza from Panarottis at Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg.
While waiting for the food we decided to share a decaf cappuccino with cream. The cream was fresh, the coffee was excellent and the presentation was top class.
When the pizza came we were even more blown away. The base was perfect and the chef wasn't shy with the toppings.
Nomsa, our waitress also did a great job, and even the music was good with a great selection of hits at the right volume.
Very impressed with this branch. Great job, Team!

Place was trashy, only 1 waitess working when I got there. By the time we were seated the African gentleman in the black shirt didn't help us or ask if we needed anything. My pizza was burnt and very dry and the chicken wings were tasted so bad they might as well have just been raw. This place looks respectable but it doesn't even test your temperature before you enter. The only Waitress doing their job correctly here is Toffee. She deserves a raise with the amount of work she was putting in.

Waited for 10min unassisted, no one bothered to even say we'll be with you in a bit. I was literally invisible whilst people around me were being served

Very happy with my visit to Panarottis in the Waterfall mall Rustenburg. It wasn't a busy night and that meant there was no problem with the service. The manager was friendly and helpful, and the pulled pork and pineapple pizza was a perfect meal after a long drive. And the best thing about my visit to Panarottis was the fact that they served draught. So the cold and refreshing Castle Lite draught really just finished of a very pleasing visit.

Worst Panarottis branch I have ever been to, waiters and waitresses needs real customers service training. Panarottis is one of my favourite places, however I regret being at this branch because of lack of service. I literally had to beg to be served.

We arrived at 10.32 this morning u0026 waited more than10 minutes before waiter arrived at our table.... teapot with chipped spout u0026 saucer as a lid and no milk was served. The tea was cold by the time milk arrived. When our breakfast pizza and flat bread came it was cold.
