Went for supper had Buffalo wings and Ribs, one could taste the oil on the wings. Not nice and I made the supervisor aware. Wash down with Rooibos tea.

Great service. Went on a work trip which just happened to be on my birthday. Food was just great!

Food was cold. Restaurant was not even that busy. Expected more from a Spur franchise. Food also did not seem right. My wife and I felt very nauseous later in the day. Never visit there again.

Was contacted by Doctor to apologise for the experience we had. Quickest response from a food franchise thus far. Good work in following through and rectifying the issue. Well done.

I have experienced great service at this Spur location each time I have visited.

The cleanliness of the restaurant seems to have been up to standard.

The staff have seemed well trained and willing to do their job.

The food has been great and was prepared correctly to request.

Overall a good eat.

Food was good but cold, they were just not satisfactory hot but the waiter was great, the staff there is amazing
